- the address and type of the property to be inspected

We use this information to respond to your enquiry, provide a quote, arrange and carry out your inspection, prepare and deliver your report, and follow up on questions about it.
How the website sends your enquiry
Depending on how the website is configured, the quote form either sends your details to us by email through our email delivery provider, or opens your own email app with your details pre-filled so you can send them yourself. The form tells you which applies before you submit.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a single value in your browser’s session storage so the short introductory animation only plays once per visit. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and reliability.
Sharing
We don’t sell your personal information. We only share it where needed to provide our services or where required by law.
