The timber pest inspection identifies active termite activity and subterranean termite risk factors, and assesses the effectiveness of existing pest barriers.

It combines visual inspection with thermal moisture imaging to look for active termites, borers and fungal decay. Thermal imaging equipment is used on every inspection.
